Education and teaching

If you would ask Victor which he is more… Teacher or Artist? You would put him in a difficult dilemma.

For decades, Victor was a beloved and respected teacher. His students, some of which became artists themselves, remember him as a legendary teacher, as the person who was their listening ear and source of inspiration. The one who encouraged them to dream, to dare, to spread their wings and fly. The one who gave them the ability to introspect and identify their personal sources of inspiration. For many years Victor dedicated himself to teaching. Leading, conceiving and developing original and unique programs. Only after three decades of teaching did he retire and dedicate himself solely to art.

Teacher, Lecturer, Principal, Educational programs developer
For many years Victor cultivated his teaching career alongside his art. First teaching art at various schools, and as time went by, he also taught and lectured at the teachers college in Tel Aviv, at the Eretz Yisrael Museum, at the art school In Ein Hod – where he also served as principal, and at the Universities of Tel Aviv and Haifa – where he lead, taught, and developed courses at the Medical School, dealing with the art of healing and with healing through art. In 1984 Victor decided to retire from teaching and devote himself entirely to his great passion –sculpture in bronze.
